Mr Bower stunned as PSJP do the double!

Champions! Tonight marked the start of the season and boy oh boy didn't PSJP play amazing! Both A and B teams played in seperate leagues and won 3 out of 4 games meaning they finished first in their division! By winning their league they automatically qualified for the Barnsley finals on the 12th November. We at PSJP would like to say a huge congratulations for all your hard work and for creating history for both teams qualifying for Barnsley. A huge thank you to parents for showing your support too. A promising start!

The girls make a promising start to the football campaign by qualifying for the Girl's Barnsley Finals. A good first performance but we know we need to step up our game if we want to do well this season. A lovely goal from our new signing this season who continues to impress the manager. Sports Academy LAUNCHED!!!

Today marked the first day in history for the PSJP sports academy. We played some amazing games, helping each other along the way and getting to know people from different year groups. In the end there had to be a winning team. This week, the GREEN team won the year 3 & 4 competition and the GREEN team also won in the year 5 & 6 tournament! What a brilliant session it was. I don't know about you but I am excited and looking forward to next weeks session already. Well done PSJP SPORTS ACADEMY!!!

Here at PSJP, we seek to offer the most engaging and inspiring sports activities that improves children's physical fitness and well being. Therefore we are proud to announce the arrival of our
new sports academy, which will launch next week. In the sports academy, children will begin to work together, grow in confidence and learn new skills as they go. The academy will cover a range of sports such as; football, kwik cricket, rounders, athletics and many more. It will be a chance for your child to showcase their sporting talents and will act as a platform to increase school sport participation. The children at PSJP can not wait to be given the opportunity to be scouted for our very own school teams. The academy will run after school on a Thursday evening, 3.30pm until 4.30pm, at a cost of £2 per session. With the academy being in demand by children, we can only offer 30 places for year 3 and 4 pupils and 30 places for year 5 and 6 pupils. Letters with all the relevant information will be given out on Monday 5th October. We are offering a first come first serve basis. Not long to go!!!
