Year 5/6 Boys Cricket @ Silkstone Cricket Club

Well done to both boys cricket teams today. The Year 5 team made hearty performances, encouraging one and other to do their best. Some amazing team work shown by all! The Year 6 team managed to progress to the Barnsley Finals on the 22nd June. Callum started the day off by hitting a casual six getting the boys behind him and the team. This led to Jack going one further and hitting a six out of the ground. The search continues for the ball... Well done to all who took part. Further I would like to add a massive thank you to VIP coaches (Chris Kemp) for taking the boys to the game for a journey they will not forget in a hurry.

Y5/6 Girls Cricket @ Penistone Cricket Club

Today both girl teams performed extremely well with the Year 6 team progressing to the Barnsley Finals. However, due to the girls going to Haws on a school trip during the finals, they kindly let Millhouse take their place on the 19th June. Mrs Farr commented on how amazing the team spirit was in both teams. Well done girls!
